By utilizing the services of The LaundryHub, you agree to these terms. We exercise the utmost care in processing articles entrusted to us and use processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and condition of each individual article.
While we are professionals, we cannot assume liability for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials which may result in tears or development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. We are not responsible for damage to weak fabrics, color bleeding, or shrinkage. Our liability with respect to any lost or damaged article shall not exceed 5 times our charge for processing it.
We offer free stain treatment as part of our premium service. However, we do not guarantee the removal of all stains, as some stains may have permanently altered the fabric dye or fibers. We will never use harsh chemicals that compromise the structural integrity of your garments to remove a stubborn stain.
Our standard turnaround time is 72 hours. While we strive to meet this deadline for every order, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances or items requiring specialized extended care. We will communicate any delays promptly.
Garments left at our studio for more than 30 days beyond the scheduled delivery date, without prior notification from the customer, may be donated to charity. We will attempt to contact you multiple times before taking this action.
Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The final price may vary depending on the condition, fabric type, and complexity of the garment. Payment is due upon delivery or pickup.
